What is mental performance Training?
Mental performance training aims to do two things:
To help athletes, coaches & anyone else deal with issues that arise through their performance environment such as anxiety, motivation and interpersonal problems.
To enhance performance through the use of mental skills such as goal setting, visualisation, self-talk.
